Delete your LingoRove account
Request deletion of your LingoRove account and associated online data, even if you no longer have the app installed.
Send a deletion request
Email support@lingorove.org with the subject “LingoRove account and data deletion”. Say that you want your LingoRove account and associated data deleted, and include the Google Play account email you used. If available, include your LingoRove account reference or report receipt so we can locate the records.
We may ask for reasonable verification of ownership before deleting records. You do not need to reinstall LingoRove to initiate a request. Never send your password, identity documents, payment-card details or a sign-in token.
We will explain the data covered by your request, any verification needed and the expected completion time when we respond.
What is deleted and what may be retained
We delete associated LingoRove account data that is no longer needed, including applicable referral information. Tell us if you also want us to locate submitted support or language reports. Reports use a separate installation identifier; an account email alone may not identify them.
Some purchase, payment-administration, security or abuse-prevention records may need to remain for fraud prevention, resolving transactions or legal obligations. We will explain any such exception and retain only what is needed for that purpose. Infrastructure backups and service providers may have separate deletion cycles.
Anonymous Ask quality-review exchanges cannot be retrieved by account or device; they expire from review access after 30 days and are scheduled for storage deletion. Their physical removal can take additional processing time. See our Ask quality-review disclosure.
Subscriptions, your devices and Google
You can request deletion without first cancelling your subscription. Deleting your LingoRove account does not cancel billing. Manage or cancel a subscription separately in Google Play subscriptions to prevent future renewals.
The request does not delete your Google account, Google's billing records, private Google Play Games saved data or library exports you control. Manage those through Google and your chosen storage provider. Learning data saved only on a device can be removed using LingoRove's data controls or Android's app-storage controls; uninstalling does not remove copies you exported elsewhere.
